Hello, I'm Jack Willmott, the Co-Founder and Director at Willmott & Lake.
My journey into estate agency began in the corporate agency sector. It was during an apprenticeship role that I discovered my true passion for this industry and fell in love with it.
What drives me is the opportunity to help people navigate through one of the most significant journeys of their lives – finding a new home. I firmly believe that this process should be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Moving should be a time of excitement and anticipation, not stress and anxiety.
One aspect of estate agency that particularly excites me is marketing. In today's world, with technology and social media leading the way, there's a significant shift happening in how we market properties. I'm deeply passionate about embracing these changes and utilising them to enhance the client experience.
Outside of work, you'll often find me socialising with friends, training in the gym to stay active, or playing football in the local area. Alongside Adam, I also help out with local charities such as the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance and Grove Cottage in Bishop's Stortford – causes we are proud to support.
